Definition of AML Policy

To adhere to European Union (EU) regulations, we are obligated to verify the identity of customers who purchase art with a value of €10,000 or higher, or who make transactions exceeding €10,000. This requires the submission of a valid photo identification document, such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID card, in the form of a clear scan or photo, rather than a photo taken of the document displayed on a screen. These verification procedures are applicable to all customers, including established and experienced collectors.

Your information will be kept confidential and secure for a period of 5 years, and we will strive to make the verification process as efficient as possible. The best method to provide the ID to Curated By

To provide proper identification, you must send a photo or a scan of an official ID document such as a passport, driving license, or national ID card. Sending a picture of your ID on your computer or phone screen is not acceptable, as it must be a clear picture of the actual document.

Buying on behalf of another person

Please inform us if you are buying on behalf of someone else, as we are responsible for verifying their identity.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, we will need company details, such as evidence of incorporation, directors, and ultimate beneficial owners. Payments must be made from a bank account in the name of the person or entity listed on our invoice.

If you intend for a third party to make payment on your behalf, please notify us in advance, as this may necessitate additional checks.
